B.Tech

Prominent colleges prefer candidates who have completed their 12th standard with excellent scores from recognized education boards. Other requirements are mentioned below:

  • For studying an undergraduate degree, you must have completed your 12th standard from a recognized education board.
  • Language proficiency exams IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and standardized exams like SAT or ACT.

M.Tech

MTech is a professional postgraduate engineering master degree programme awarded to candidates after completion of two years of study in the discipline of engineering. This degree is predicated in a specific branch of engineering. In India, the MTech degree is offered across various specializations. These specializations include Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering etc.

M.Tech Eligibility

  • Candidates must have obtained a Bachelor degree from the recognised University.
  • Should have qualified the entrance examination.
  • Candidates who have completed a five-year programme and received the Master of Science degree are also eligible to undertake the Master of Technology programme.

BCA (Bachelor's in Computer Application)

BCA is a 3-year undergraduate degree programme that focuses on knowledge of the basics of computer application and software development. A BCA degree is considered to be at par with a BTech/BE degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. The degree helps interested students in setting up a sound academic base for an advanced career in Computer Applications. The course of BCA includes database management systems, operating systems, software engineering, web technology and languages such as C, C++, HTML, Java etc.

BCA Eligibility

  • The student must have 45-50% marks in class 12.
  • There is a relaxation of 5% for reserved category candidates like ST, SC, OBC etc.
  • Students must have mathematics as a subject of study in class 12.
  • The minimum age limit is based on the college. The minimum age limit is 21 years for the majority of colleges.
